Davinci resolve grab still greyed out.

I would clear the markers and re-run the job in the render queue which reset the IN/OUT markers. After Clearing the IN/OUT markers, make sure to delete any jobs in the render queue and re-add them. This is how: Move the playhead to the frame you want to freeze. Select the Blade tool and cut the clip on the playhead. Move one frame forward with the right arrow key. Cut the clip on the playhead. I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system. Exposure treats the footage just the same as an iso level would. This explains at around the 10 min mark.
