I know it's sort of the opposite of what you want, but CBBE 3ba has spells that you can use to toggle them on on a per-actor basis (NSFW link) Faster HDT-SMP has an option where they toggle on on a radius-basis, so only those around you will have SMP.

Mar 19, 2022 · This problem happened with just SOS and installing Faster HDT-SMP (or the original HDT-SMP as well.) Not much really irritates me, but this does affect scenes since they are so high up they sort of disappear into the body or act in weird ways with female collisions in certain positions since the balls themselves have collision files.
