I'll check the video out and see if it helps. Thanks! Had this bug on PC. resolved it by just loading a previous save of the dungeon. Leave the dungeon entirely then return - they should work once the dungeon reloads.

1 Answer. look on the wall right behind the lever that shoots the spikes. There's another lever. It's kinda hidden facing the draw bridge. just to clarify, the lever is on the wall directly behind you when facing the same way as my screenshot. If yes theres a small puzzle in this room you need to solve first. which you find on the left side of the room. there are a few pillars you need to rotate in order to disable the trap.
